NOT MUCH TO SAY AND ZAZEN 98662

Just ZMH sitting with me again this morning. Last five minutes were lap Zen.

Afterwords she reminded me about saying the poem of five reflections before I nearly started to mindlessly eat breakfast.

It is really good to be able to taste my tea again.

Lots of frustration with the DTS website today. Every time I tried to update something I had to log out dump all my cookies and delete all stored data and log back in. Every freaking time.

Provided Military funeral honors for a WWII & Korean war vet. His daughter was the presiding minister for the service. That was kind of cool. What was not cool was that the funeral home starched Old Glory to the point that it was like folding cardboard. I know the home wants to make the flag look good, but so do we and starching it isn't really helpful.

People keep on dropping more stuff to do on my desk and I have not had a chance to catch up with all the stuff I have had to do since I went to DC. KAAAAAAAAAA!

It is too late to still be at work. On the bright side at least it is drearily raining out and I am not missing out on any sunshine.

Time to go home.
