Ten years ahead of you, young brother! I agree, it's the falling apart that's the worst. I find my food tastes have adjusted in the direction of health; I can't wolf down salt, sugar, and fat like I did at 20, and that's probably all for the better. And I eat less all around (though I'm fatter; figure that one out.)
Anyway, you know what they say: it beats the alternative.

I am actually thinner now than I was in my 20's. But that is probably only going to last as long as I maintain my somewhat psychotic yoga schedule.
