Ok folks, I am back.
I had a nice break form the intertubes.
Not much to say here, nice week, did not practice the flute until today. Missing practice has an affect on current practice.
My time schedule is all out of whack. A side affect of being on the east coast.
It is 0230 here at home but my body/mind is telling me it is 0530 and you are supposed to be up, get out of bed!
I will go do some bed Zen now until the rest of the family is up.
